Most questions or concerns can be resolved with a brief consultation with one of our skincare experts. If a tan touch-up is needed, we are happy to do so within 24 hours after the original service.
We take our craft seriously and strive to make sure you have the best experience possible. We’re here to help in any way we can!
If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, just give us a call. We may have to move you to the next available appointment. We will do our best to work you in upon your arrival.
We have a five hour cancellation policy. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to FIVE hours before the scheduled appointment without charge. Any client that cancels, reschedules (or no-shows) within five hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a 25$ fee. (Members will also be subject to member-specific cancellation fees.)
No shows/no calls will be charged a 25$ fee.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and cash.
Cash gratuities are preferred when possible.
If any children will be present during the service, please ensure they are supervised at all times for their safety.
For your privacy and protection, small children/pets are not allowed in the service room.
Only one client is allowed in each room per session (unless a minor is being supervised by a legal guardian).
Clients must be 16 or older.
Please advise us if you have any potential skin allergy, health concern or injury that is relevant to the service.
RAW reserves the right to refuse service if a client has any skin condition or health concern not previously disclosed.
Pregnant women agree they have permission from their doctor.
RAW is not responsible for any items left behind in the service room.

- 3 month minimum required
- NO initiation fee. NO contract. NO fee for cancelling. Just let us know, in writing, before the 1st and you're off the hook. Simply email us at "firstname.lastname@example.org".
- After the fourth session, each full body service is $30/each.
- 20% off ALL retail products.
(*Refer to our Prep Guide for proper exfoliation tips prior to each session to make sure ALL color from previous self-tanners/spray tans is removed for best results.)
MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
- $115 will be charged on the 1st of the month.
- Appointments that are canceled within 5 hours will be charged 25$.
- Feel free to mix and match UP TO FOUR any Services of your choice. Maximum of FOUR sessions a month may be used.
- Each additional service beyond the FOUR per month, will be charged at a discounted rate of $30 per full body session.
- A valid credit card must be presented at the time of purchase. In the case of declined cards, memberships will be frozen until paid in full and benefits suspended.
- Unused sessions DO NOT roll over to the next month.
- Unused sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Membership discounts may not be combined with any other offer.
- Members must notify us BEFORE the next charge date via email if they wish to cancel or freeze their membership. (email@example.com)
- Gratuity is not included so please tip on each individual service.
7 DAY RETURN POLICY
All sales on body care products and sale items are FINAL, unless damaged.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or provide you with store credit. Returns are ONLY accepted within 7days of the purchase date.
Conditions Of Return
RAW offers a 7-day guaranteed return policy that is intended to offer you peace of mind when shopping. We want to do our best to make each purchase a perfect one for you, however if either of these conditions exist, you can return the item to us within 7 days.
We fully understand how disheartening it is to receive defective goods. Simply return the item to us and we will sort it out for you.
If, for whatever reason, you are truly not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it as long as it's in the original condition, with tags.
