If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service, email us within 24 hours and we will make it right.

Most questions or concerns can be resolved with a brief consultation with one of our skincare experts. If a tan touch-up is needed, we are happy to do so within 24 hours after the original service.
We take our craft seriously and strive to make sure you have the best experience possible. We’re here to help in any way we can!
If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, just give us a call. We may have to move you to the next available appointment. We will do our best to work you in upon your arrival.
We have a five hour cancellation policy. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to FIVE hours before the scheduled appointment without charge. Any client that cancels, reschedules (or no-shows) within five hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a 25$ fee.
No shows/no calls will be charged a $25 fee.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and cash. Checks are NOT accepted.
Cash gratuities are preferred when possible.
If any children will be present during the service, please ensure they are supervised at all times for their safety.
For your privacy and protection, small children/pets are not allowed in the service room.
Only one client is allowed in each room per session (unless a minor is being supervised by a legal guardian).
Clients must be 16 or older.
Please advise us if you have any potential skin allergy, health concern or injury that is relevant to the service.
RAW reserves the right to refuse service if a client has any skin condition or health concern not previously disclosed.
Pregnant women agree they have permission from their doctor.
RAW is not responsible for any items left behind in the service room.

- NO initiation fee. NO contract. NO fee for cancelling. Email us before the monthly auto renewal date (email@example.com) and we’ll happily cancel your membership.
- After the fourth session, each full body service is $25/each.
- 20% off ALL retail products.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
- $115 will be charged on the 1st of the month.
- Appointments that are canceled within 5 hours will be charged $25.
- Feel free to mix and match UP TO FOUR any Services of your choice.
- Each additional service beyond the FOUR per month, will be charged at a discounted rate of $25 per full body session.
- A valid credit card must be presented at the time of purchase. In the case of declined cards, memberships will be frozen until paid in full and benefits suspended.
- Unused sessions DO NOT roll over to the next month.
- Unused sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Membership discounts may not be combined with any other offer.
- Members must notify us BEFORE the next charge date via email if they wish to cancel their membership. (firstname.lastname@example.org)
- Gratuity is not included so please tip on each individual service.
All items in original condition with attached tags can be returned within 14 business days for a full refund on the original payment method. Returns up to 30 business days are available for store credit or exchange at Manager’s discretion. Sale items, jewelry, and sunglasses are FINAL SALE.
