ON-LOCATION SERVICES must be BOOKED OVER THE PHONE with our front desk. NO ONLINE BOOKING AVAILABLE.
To reserve a date requires 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of contracted services. The remainder will be charged DAY OF SERVICE.
A valid credit card must be provided to reserve your date. However, the client may pay in cash or check if preferred.
PLEASE BOOK YOUR SERVICES KEEPING IN MIND THAT ITEMS CAN BE ADDED BUT NOT TAKEN AWAY FROM THE CONTRACT.
For bridal, the requested MUA will call to confirm the list of services 30 Days prior to wedding.
All parties receiving makeup application must fill out a consent form the day of service regarding allergy information, photo permission, etc.
Anything outside of 20mi from RAW Midtown, will be quoted addtional travel fees.
7 DAY (1 WEEK) CANCELLATION POLICY. IF CANCELLED WITHIN THE 7 DAYS BEFORE, WILL BE CHARGED FULL CONTRACTED AMOUNT.
If cancelled BEFORE 1 WEEK in advance, no additional fee is applied. However, the deposit remains NON-REFUNDABLE.
